Meydan Heights Residential Development project consisted of engineering, procurement and construction of (2,200) four bedroom semi-detached villas located within Mohammad Bin Rashid City, which is less than 12 km away from Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

El Seif's scope also included all associated roads, infrastructure, utilities, soft and hard landscaping works within the designated plot boundary of the project.
