Project Description

El Seif was in charge of engineering, procurement and construction of 31 residential buildings ranging between 3 and 9 floors and comprising 871 accommodation units.

Scope of work also included all electromechanical and finishing works as well as site development and infrastructure. In addition to the aforementioned, scope also included architectural works, interior and exterior finishing, landscaping, external works, furnishing, and testing & commissioning.

The residential zones of the Asian Games Village were exclusively used by 10,000 athletes and several thousand officials taking part of the 15th Asian Games in December 2006 and then reconfirmed to suit the end user Hamad Medical Corporation
