Convention Center at King Abdullah Financial District

Project Description

El Seif Engineering Contracting constructed this fast track project according to the highest standards of quality and specifications.

Scope included engineering, procurement and construction of a state-of-art convention center at King Abdullah Financial District.

This LEED accredited building included four levels of large car park basements, a mega roof steel and glass structure, incorporating banqueting hall and conference facility, with a total built-up area of 120,000 m2.

Contract included earthworks, concrete works and structural elements including steel structures, architectural works and testing & commissioning.
